Horsebridge Veterinary Practice

I absolutely love Rosario and all her team. All my pets have loved going to see her and she truly cares for all the pets who come through her door I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Apart from the long wait to be seen...1 hour after our appointment time..the experience was excellent. Vet knew what she was doing, listened to our concerns, and took appropriate action. All good.

Latest using this practice was with my rescue dog Teddy who was a big frightened boy due to previous owners. Whenever we had to visit the clinic all staff were friendly and understanding. When the unexpected time came for his demise Rosario and Claire came to the house to ' see him on his way. Thank you both for doing it so gently

Fab place. Rosario runs a friendly, vetinary clinic with helpful staff in a clean and tidy environment. My dog recently had surgery and all the staff seem to take an interest in the well being of every pet through their doors. I also part of Help4hedgehogs and Rosario has been a godsend at treating some of our wild hedgehogs.

We were on holiday nearby, and one of our dogs had difficulty breathing. We rushed to the nearest vet and luckily it was Horsebridge. To cut a very long story short, the next day he needed a tracheotomy, we were in such a state as we were so close to losing him. Rosario and the Claires ( both of the Claires) were so kind, helpful and caring and he pulled through. Now we are back home in Scotland, his tube has been removed, and he is his usual playful self again. We can't thank everyone at Horsebridge enough for everything they did for us, and I can most highly recommend this practice.

We haven't been with this vetinarary practice long, but in the time we have, we'd never leave. The Vets, Nurses, and Reception ladies have been nothing but kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and for the animals.After a very bad experience at Companion Care, this practice has restored my faith in Vets and is very for the animals and not the money.We can't thank you all enough!

I had my rat out down few months ago and I asked on phone how much it would cost they sound around 36 pounds the appointment came I had to wait hour that is horrible to wait that long knowing what is going to happen. After it cost me 82 pounds that is a big jump in price. I booked to have another rat put down and they said it could possibly cost more now I made appointment for somewhere else that costing me 35 that is a big difference in price

Lola, our elderly cat, started to succumb to her old age and having taken a turn for the worse became largely immobile.Whilst I'm not registered with this vet, they listened to my concerns, were empathetic and agreed to see her at a moment's notice.I cannot thank all of your staff enough, both those at reception and the vets themselves.We and more importantly Lola, were treated with respect, courtesy and dignity in what was a difficult time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice in a heart beat, not least because they really do care, but also they went out of their way.This practice is a credit to all that work there and I'll be eternally grateful.

I called as my elderly dog with dementia and lung cancer had had a stroke and needed to be euthanised. I am not registered with a local vet, but was still registered at a vets from another area and he has since passed on.Horsebridge vets refused to put my suffering dog out of his misery because I'm not registered. Eventually when I would not take no for an answer, the person taking the call said she'd speak to a vet and promised that one of them would come back to me. That was two weeks ago tomorrow-no call yet.

I would recommend this lovely vets,staff are friendly, reassuring and take time with you and your pet. My parrot was taken sick and unfortunately had to be put to sleep due to his sickness. But, the vet was lovely, took time to find the problem and try to help Sky. I just want to say thank you. You were all kind when I needed it .
