Great at the time of purchase, can’t help you enough, I’ve had a hybrid problem since the start, just found out it’s going to cost my £3000 and I’ve only had the car 15 months, has a water leak coming from sunroof, so fault only shows up in wetter months. Can’t seem to ever get through of the phone, so I’m very upset to now be left without a car with two young children. Not entirely happy at all

Clearly a very profitable outfit that moves a lot of cars. But they are too busy to do things properly. I purchased 2 cars from them in 3 years. Both seemed like good examples. Expensive, but nice and tidy. Wish I didn't!First the Lexus 450h:I viewed the car and agreed to come back and buy it. When I turned up Joe was cleaning a scratch on the windscreen. I didn't notice that on my first inspection and asked him what it was. Bird poo" he said. Nope. I learned later it was a terrible scratch in the windscreen. Recently brought a ford focus 2010 titanium 1.6 am very happy with the car, decent price for the car for the level of spec it came with. I opted for delivery did show up a two days late but with a good reason as the wheel baring needed to be replaced along with the mot also being done

Baught my third lexus from elite motor company great dealership and fantastic after sales service, it is a small family run business and can get busy at times so if you can't get through keep trying they do get back to you.

Bought a vehicle in November 2022. Serious problems within the month, took 3 months for them to even pick it up (claiming it was not their responsibility to do so..) ringing every day and being ignored, emails never responded to, voicemails never replied to. Spent £100 on diagnostic to be told it’s the head gasket by another garage. Elite kept telling me my garage was wrong. Vehicle was eventually picked up 3 months later and the head gasket was “replaced” but was ignored when asked for proof of repairs so I was never given anything despite asking and emailing! Not even a month or 2 later the head gasket has gone AGAIN, broken down middle of a dangerous dual carriage way. Now in debt with a car that doesn’t work.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They don’t care and only want your money.

So far, so very good. Purchased car on a Thursday and on Sunday it was in Portugal. Superb car, great service and highly knowledgeable staff. All round, great experience and would commend them to anyone!

The location of the garage in an area where parking is often difficult was of initial concern. The service provided by Elite was however professional and friendly. The Lexus I bought was prepared to a very high standard and was well priced. Joe and Oly delivered on what they promised and made the buying process straightforward. I would definitely recommend this garage and will also look to service the car through them.

My third time dealing with this company and always a pleasure! Genuine guys who go above and beyond to help with whatever I’ve needed. I won’t go anywhere else. Service is A1! Thanks again
