Hythe Garage

I used this garage to remove some overfilled oil. I was 150 miles from home and they dropped everything to help me out with no prior booking on New Years eve. They are real car enthusiasts and know their stuff. Lovely guys and I wish I was local so I could use their services. Thanks guys!

Drove my car somewhere else for an mot by some inexperienced junior, and a retest, without first informing me or gaining my permission, which I would have declined. Also broke my headlight. Shady bunch. I wish Palmarsh Garage was still open.

I had a very bad flat tyre.I came to this garage , really good staff .I had my tyre fixed and was done very quickly and really reasonable.

Came to Hythe for the day and ended up with a very bad puncture. Called in to ask these guys if they could help. After looking at my tyre they told me it was unrepairable so they sourced me a tyre but it would not arrive till after 4pm. I walked the streets, rowed a boat and called in to a couple of pubs to pass the time. At 4 the tyres (I got the other replaced too) arrived. The lads replaced it and fixed (free of charge) a rattle on the underside of the car too. Couldn't have asked for better service and a really decent price. Superd customer service. Called the garage to ask them if they could look at my tyres and pressures as a warning light had come up on my dash, and they are the most local garage to me. I dropped the car off and left it with them. He was a friendly chap, checked all tyres for punctures, none reported, pumped up tyres reset, and cleared the dashboard light. Very friendly and decent garage. Would recommend them.

Called at 2pm. Mirror ordered immediately. Mirror arrived at 4pm and fixed by 4.30pm. Had my tyre pressure done at the same time. All done with a smile. Great service.
