WARNING QUICK EDIT: !!!!!!!I rushed to review this garage to quck.So because I am mechanic after all,I can look after my car by myselfand I always check stuff by after.There was too much pressure in rear tires, and the valve caps were too loose, so I could lose them very quck.Also, THEY LEFT 2 OLD VALVES!!!Devil is hidden in small details."Unfortunately

Up from South London and tyre warning light came on, pulled into ATS and the very lovely Nav checked the tyres straightaway, luckily all was ok and he saw me on my way with peace of mind!!! Great customer service!! Thanks!!!!

Booked in an MOT with a groupon deal, they then charged me ridiculous prices for tyres and wipers (over £50 for wiper blades). They will often forget your bookings and you can't prove you have booked in with them as they apparently don't have the facilities to send email confirmations out. People there were nice enough but will never book there again.

Arrived 15 mins early for my appointment of the MOT and they took the car straight in. Chap on the desk today was very polite and gave me an eta when car would be done. I asked about the tracking check and they knew bout the offer and asked if I had a voucher made everything nice easy process. Would recommend nice respectful garage and nothing was any bother for them.

Very good staff, knowledgeable and polite - but not always there to answer the phone promptly. Customer waiting area is clean and tidy, functional, but there are no refreshments available, water was there but no cups, could provide some outdoor seating for nice days.

Really good customer first values!!!!! I accidentally turned up at the incorrect date for an appointment a week early (oops) and didn’t live local, I asked if they could accommodate me and they did. I felt really valued as a customer here and witnessed more good customer service when I was sat waiting for my work to be done. Really good garage to visit if you need work! Would 100% recommend. Thank you guys
