Yankee Candle

We love Yankee Candle, I love that I can go in without staff hassling me and browse without feeling awkward. I've never had a bad experience with the staff and the products are fantastic. You get what you pay for, yes there are cheaper products out there, but the intensity and quality of the fragrance is great, not chemical" smelling. I buy candles and car fresheners only from here

Went into the store today unsure on what product to purchase, there was a lovely women with dark hair who was very attentive and very helpful who took her time to engage in conversation and asking questions on what sort of product that me and my partner would like, smells etc, she suggested a a misc ornament which is lovely in my sitting room you also get an easy melt cup free with the product which smells beautiful (Lemon Lavender),I wanted a candle but you discarded afterwards and don't last as long.Brilliant customer service at its finest.

My gf loves the smells from yankee candle.My nose cant tolerate all the smells.They are nice but not for me but yes for the females for sure

Great selection of candles and variety of scents. I personally like to visit the store in person than online purchase as it’s gives a personal touch to my home. Customer service is okay, you need to look around and find the scents yourselves.

I want to thank Alex. I came in today and they went out of their way to help and offer something to me. After a very hard week and things not working out right for me, his kindness really went fair. So thank you Alex!

Well I'm surprised to see any negative comments about the service at this shop. I am a frequent shopper and have never had a negative experience. Every member of staff is polite and very helpful. They don't do a gift wrapping service which they make very clear so you can't complain about not receiving something that their company managers have instructed them not to do. They have had queues out the door over the Christmas period and I've witnessed quite a few fellow customers speak to the staff disgracefully .... ive seen them have to confront shop lifting too ... but they still smile and work extremely hard. I think they deserve a medal! I love the shop and the staff are lovely .... I will continue to return.

Love their candles but for me it was a bit overwhelming such a small shop and yet so much items around the shop would be a bit better if there wasn't as many items in the middle of the shop but I do understand their tactics of such layout

Visited the Yankee candle store in the arndale centre on 17/12/22, customer service non existent (the security man was more friendly)Was trying to enquire about various candle scents and the guy behind the counter was totally uninterested and couldn't care less wether I bought anything or not.I did but but will order online in future.
