I have recently gone to Lucy for some sport massages to “iron out” some niggles. Being a massage therapist myself I am quite fussy about who I chose to give me a massage. However from the moment I met Lucy I felt at ease and in good hands. She is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond giving tips about posture, exercises and maintenance of my body. Would thoroughly recommend Lucy if you are looking for a great sport massage.In the last few month I also had the chance to attend Lucy’s Pilates classes as part of my own gym. I thought her classes are fantastic, easy to follow but hard enough to challenge me. All my clients who attend her class love it and have even cancelled their other Pilates classes to switch to Lucy’s class. Highly recommend!

Lucy gave a great sports massage that really helped release the tightness in my legs, the pressure was great - firm but not overly painful and she took time afterwards to help focus on mobility and some stretches/postural work that will help reduce how tight I am in the future. Fantastic treatment, thanks Lucy!

Friendly, professional and effective, Lucy really knows her stuff. I’d been struggling with a bad back for a while due to the dog pulling whilst on the long lead, but an hour with Lucy really helped, I could barely get on the table at the start of the session, but by the end I had full movement again and no pain!She taught me additional exercises to do at home to prevent further problems, but if I do have any issues in the future, I won’t hesitate to visit again…

Wonderful sports massage by Lucy, focusing on back and legs. Could certainly feel it the following day, but really helps me now I sit and stare at a screen all day at home + great for the running. Thanks Lucy, will be visiting again!

Lucy was fantastic. I came to my first session with a few niggly issues and she quickly got to the root cause, educating me along the way (it turns out the human body is quite complicated!). I had a competition the following weekend and it's the freest I felt moving in a long time.
