Brilliant Star Nails

I want really unhappy with my nails they are really rude to you I had a women do my nails then half way through rudely told me to get up and move to man he was very rough had no consideration for my nails I ask for my nails to be longer he told me no and made them short then I asked for white nails he said that they would be ugly so he gave me pink .

Rude owner (male) repeatedly got hurt whilst having my nails done. Kept complaining about people turning up at 4 or after to have their nails done.. . Sorry but some of us do work. Tried, given benefit of doubt but when he shook his head when asking for a refill at 4pm whilst dealing with another customer that was it. Not going there again.

a man done my nails, he cut me multiple times and was quite rough. they aren’t straight and the glue has gone over the acrylics. my hands are really sore and definitely won’t be going again.

Worst nail shop ever. Got my toes done with overlay and the woman used the file and drilled onto my skin. Several of toes are cut and were burning after she cleaned. I went for gel polish and it had already peeled off my toe after an hour. My toes are still in pain and burning

Lady who does my eyebrows is the best I always go there never had a problem staff have always been nice I will have to book as not been since opening back after lockdown

My daughter had a very bad experience will not use again ahe was in pain and they did not care

the nails looked absolutely disgusting i asked for french tip and they were disgraceful. the man cut me multiple times with the drill and the file and he did not care he was really aggressive and when i told him i didn’t like it he gave me attitude and said i wasn’t clear on what i wanted and that my nails were too short.

Acrylic with shellac, showed both staff a picture and which colour (light Matte grey) nails and they painted them a greyish blue when I asked to change the colour as I was not happy they are not light grey the male member of staff wasn’t please and huffed and sighed constantly and stated “be more specific” I stated I showed you which colour and design I wanted and a picture how much more specific or clarity is needed, so I changed to a more easier basic white gel shellac, the male member of staff proceeded to paint OVER the grey/green weird coloured shellac top coat with the white shellac which is a big NO NO for nails, I stated I was not happy and the wrong colour needs to be removed and new white colour re painted on top as just painting over shellac is not standard practice (the male staff member stated he’s been in the industry 16 years so with all due respect should have a good knowledge of practice) he then had a hissy fit and spoke what I believe was another language to his female colleague and proceeded to drill off the old layer and redo the nails, the final product was not good at all, air bubbles on the topcoat and topcoat on my raw skin (also not standard practice) I had been in here for around 2-3 hours and the fumes were making me weak and sickly so didn’t kick up a fuss and went home, I would not recommend this salon at all for shellac nails, the female member of staff was nice however the male member of staff could be more patient and brush up on customer service / needs and practice of shellac, hope this feedback is taken on board as a need for improvement.

I have gone to this nail shop for over 7 years now for my pedicure ,manicure and eyebrows .The service is excellent and professional ,never have I had a reason to complain .Once I had my gel chip off after a week went back and they redid it no problem!!! .When you make an appointment and are running late courtesy demands you call ahead .A lovely couple who work very hard !!!!
