Contacted Desap to replace our kitchen light, a simple job for an electrician but 3 other electricians I contacted had at least 2week waiting list.Dsap said they could come the next day or the following week, I asked for the next day and they booked me for the afternoon. The electrician called me on the morning to say he was nearby if I was available, he took 20 minutes to do the job and checked everything was working properly before leaving.I’m very impressed with this company, easy to book, kept me informed and were prompt, and professional.I’ve stored their contact details and will definitely book them for any future electrical work.

Dean and team did a superb job of rewiring our new home. We can't rate them highly enough. The rewiring was more complicated than we'd all hoped, given the age and design of the house, but they problem-solved, worked around us when we moved in, provided support and advice, and went above and beyond our expectations. Landlords EICR checks and renewal of Consumer unit. Communications from DESAP was very good, they gave arrival time texts, which were accurate and very helpful. The electricians arrived at the agreed time each day, they were very courteous and worked efficiently throughout. On completion they tidied up to a good standard. I would definitely recommend them.
