Calico

I am not at all happy with this shop. I love all of the little shops in St ives but this one in particular we were stood outside eating a pastie. There was three of us. I a 15 year old, my auntie in her 40's and my younger cousin who is 12. A member of staff came out and said exuse me and clearly wanted to get to the window. We began to move out of the way but without giving us chance he physically pushed me off of the path. I was not happy at all about this he also made some nasty comments to my dad who we called over to talk to him. I understand why he wanted us to move and if he would have been polite about it I wouldn't have minded moving away from his shop. He is the only person I have met that would do something so horrible in Cornwall. This ruined our day and I am hoping that no one will reward this man with buying any of the products in his shop at all. I was shocked that someone would do that to a child.

Visited st Ives 27/01/2018 shopping with the wife and thought it's me time now ,went to Calico and was checking out watches in the shop, the owner came over and gave me great advice on the watches he had for sale I was still a little unsure so he said have a browse and he would let me try on the watches I liked nothing was a problem in his fairly full shop . I eventually found the watch for me ,4 links less and a presto the watch for me, nothing was a problem to the owner GREAT SERVICE GREAT ADVICE GREAT WATCH keep up the excellent work

Very rude woman working here. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Made me change my mind on buying a £200 watch from here. Shame.
