The wireless system that APC installed had serious issues from the beginning leaving the site unable to operate and at financial risk. They had a completely lackadaisical approach to support and finding a resolution, which in the end they couldn’t and the whole thing had to be turned off and a 3rd party brought in to resolve their mess.

I have used APC services a couple of times now, both for my terrible wifi connection in my business offices and then again getting far reaching wifi at home. Their response to my needs was immediate and the team who dealt with the problems were very friendly and professional. I couldn't recommend APC enough, a brilliant service.
