Brilliant gym, have loved coming here for the past month. So inclusive for all abilities and such a great buzz about the gym with the community they are building. Every workout is different each day and adaptable for everyone’s abilities and strengths. Excited to see where this takes me :)

brilliant wee gym - friendly and inclusive to all - the Crossfit WODs are varied and challenging - Chris strikes the right balance between encouraging you to push yourself but also scaling things back when necessary to make things achievable/safe. I really look forward to going to the classes now (even at 6am!).

Big thanks to Chris Mcarthur who runs CrossFit Speyside in Fochabers up by Christies. I’m 66 and loving how inclusive this gym is, all ages catered for and Chris is great at adapting the sessions for mixed ability groups. Lovely atmosphere with lots of mutual support and no “gym posers”! Can’t recommend it highly enough.
