Very unprofessional behaviour from one of the women there today! (Long blonde hair, tall, in her early 40s probably) She didn’t even ask me what cut I wanted, I said I wanted my bangs cut short she left them completely long, she kept scratching my face with the hairbrush, then she straightened my hair without even asking! The haircut was fine but seriously she completely ruined my experience.

My son and mum love it! but I've had 2 hair cuts here in 4 years which have left me scared to get it cut again as both times my 1 length hair was cut wildly uneven! It's good with most of the hairdressers but I keep getting the one that can't cut hair well it seems :,(

I didn't have to wait or book an appointment. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly, polite and did a great job cutting my hair. Will visit again next time I need my hair cut.

I agree this place offers about the worst hair cut imaginable. You could do better with your own lawn mower as another customer wrote. The 'hairdresser' was perfectly pleasant and polite but in terms of talent and ability I would say anyone who walked in off the street could have done just as well. Maybe the hairdressers like customers do just walk in there without training, talent,. skill or experience. I thought I would go for the minimum - spray cut- so the time could be spent on the 'cut'. Well, it took all of 5 minutes to do this - normally a hairdresser spends a minimum of 30 minutes cutting my hair but in retrospect that was probably good as any more time with that quality of cut may have ended in an even worse disaster. 17 pounds for 5 minutes works out at 85 pounds an hour so an earning potential of approx 3000 pounds a week. However, the place was empty so maybe this was the earnings for the day. I guess I should have read the reviews before going there or realised that if a place in a busy shopping centre is deserted on a Saturday afternoon it speaks for itself. I would give zero stars for my haircut but I expect I will be obligated to give it one star to upload this post. In short avoid this place unless you really don't care how your hair is removed in which case do it yourself with the lawn mower.

Had an awesome hair cut yesterday. No wait and the stylist completely restyled my hair from chest length to a stylish long bob. I love my new hair!!! She even managed to help me decide on the style when all I knew was the length I wanted. Cannot rave enough about the great value and friendly service I received.

I called for a haircut while there was an offer but 2 days later when I went, they told me the offer was over! They were nice enough to still consider me for the offer. The lady that cut my hair was nice but didnt seem to be in a good mood! The WORST part was when she called her other colleague to have a look at my hair at the end and that lady was coughing and had a tissue in her hand. Without my consent she brushed her hands all over my hair while holding the DISGUTING tissue. Seeing how unfriendly the lady who cut my hair, was, I paid and left. Will I go back? NOOOOOOOOO

first and last time to these hairdressers, I went to get a haircut for a 2 year old boy who has now half long and half short locks, zero ability to handle infants

My haircut is the worst i have ever had, considering i asked for a simple style, all the same length over, the front is alot shorter than the back and my hairwashing was uncomfortable, i wasnt allowed to keep my glasses on do couldnt even see what was going on.After questioning its evenness i was quickly dismissed, really do not recommend my mum can do better and she isnt a hairdresser!

Great experience. It was the first time. Good cut and good blow dry.No appointment required but very short waiting. All the three ladies were very efficient and professionals despite the high pressure due to the busy time near xmas.Jamie was really good, quick and professional. She listen carefully my requirement and I am very pleased with the treatment and result.I will definitively recommend the place and I will be back.ThanksMerry xmasStefania

Lovely staff only ever had a wet trim , gone from £18 to £27 since covid , so sadly lot easier to get seen . Walk in appointments
