Harrier House

The most disgusting treatment of staff, discrimination and unlawful dismissal. They treat staff like slaves and the management is even worse and unprofessional. CQC have been notified of this horrible “company”.

Came to harrier house after being iffered several positions with other homes and have had no regrets on my choice, Harrier house is a superb place to work, having come In as a senior I have received nothing but support and guidance from all team including management and management have been nothing but supportive to help give me the skills and experience I need to progress in job roles they want to see you. Nothing has been to much trouble for them there have been times I have needed shifts off or changed or just someone to talk to they have always had an open door to listen and helpThe whole team are amazing at harrier house and we all support and work with each other.Adept is a fantastic company the best I have worked for out of all the other companys i previously worked for and couldn't thank them enough for the opportunities and support they have given me.

Wonderful place, hours are nice and manageable and work is easy going. Pay is excellent and managment are an absolute delight and are always so considerate to staff. Managment are such humble people always willing to get their hands dirty.They never sit in the office supping coke and gossip. Ohh no no no.

My father was a resident at Harrier House for a relatively short period of time. At 97 he had lived independently until a fall and broken hip left him unable to cope any longer. I'm really writing to commend the care, compassion and love Dad received in his final days as his health deteriorated. He was looked after with dignity and kindness by staff members who clearly knew and loved him and whom he loved and trusted in return. I cannot express my gratitude and thanks adequately.

I love working at Harrier House and for Adept Care Homes. I feel very supported and appreciated in my role and I find it to be very rewarding. The whole team is fantastic and are led by an incredibly dedicated and compassionate management team. It's great to receive so much positive feedback and recommendations from families and professionals.

Whilst my grandad has only just gone in for respite we can't thank the staff enough for swiftly sorting everything out for us and my grandad, Samantha was so lovely during his assessment and Martain was so kind to me on the phone whilst I was in a fluster trying to sort everything out they all do genuinely care, all the staff we have met so far have been very welcoming and I feel at ease knowing he's being well looked after
