I've been a member of QPH since 2017. In that time I've really improved as a runner. More importantly though, I've made some great friends and had loads of fun experiences in races of all distances. The range of ages and abilities also means that you never have to worry about being too slow or too old. Everyone is just really supportive.

I joined this club about 4 years ago. I had run one half marathon in 2:14 and had vowed never again. The coaches and other runners here are such an inspiration that they've taken me back to loving running and having managed a 1:52 half over a hilly Watford course.Friendly, inspiring, knowledgeable, diverse.I love this club, and would recommend it to anyone, of any ability.

I was relatively new to running when moving to the area and wanted to carry that over. I'd not been part of a running club before, but I couldn't have wished for a better one to land on - everyone is super friendly and the sessions have encouraged me to surpass all expectations in terms of running fitness. I had initially expected to be at the back of the pack, but the club is very inclusive and diverse, with runners of all abilities and backgrounds. The regular weekly sessions can be tough but it's rewarding, I'm glad I gave it a go and stuck at it!

Such a friendly, welcoming group. I was nervous I'd be 'too slow' but actually the sessions are for all abilities, the sessions are done by time rather than distance (e.g. 7x 3 mins) so it doesn't matter how fast or slow you are.Its also super cost effective & cheap - membership is £70 per year (weekly track sessions, lots of coaches to help with plans, nutrition, gear tips etc, a range of races across the summer with other clubs and cross country in the winter!). And you can try a session for free.To enter go through reception and say you are there for the running club, they'll let you through with no charge.

A really friendly, supportive and welcoming running club. There's people of a mix of abilities, ages and backgrounds meaning everyone will find people to both run with who are a similar pace and socialise with. The volunteer coaches are really positive and generous with their time, both at weekly track sessions and for advice throughout the week. The best thing about being in the club is the social element. It's great being at races and seeing lots of other 'hoops' on the course cheering you on and going for a coffee or beer afterwards to celebrate together. I used to be a solo runner and have realised through Queens Park Harriers that it's so much more fun (and feels easier!) as a team sport.

A really friendly running club for all abilities. Some technical running practice at the start with qualified coaches and then an interval session. Really love that there are some super fast people doing the same session as much, much slower runners, but as it's all done to time not distance, no one gets left behind.

The best running club in London - all ages, speeds and experience of running catered for. Races in the summer and cross country in the winter that are great fun team events and it helps you get to be a better runner while making like minded friends. Love it.

Highly recommend Queen's Park Harriers as a friendly, all-ages, all-abilities running club. The coaches are knowledgeable, welcoming and encouraging. There are so many opportunities to get involved, whatever your level.I joined in 2017 and since then have run regularly and trained for a variety of distances from marathon, half marathon, 10k and 5km, including cross country in the winter. The club is run by volunteers and is like one big extended family. Track sessions are held at Willesden Sports Centre on Tues and Thurs evenings, we're often seen at Gladstone parkrun on a Saturday morning, and longer runs set off from Queens Park cafe on Sunday mornings. Check the website for more details but honestly come along, you won't regret it.. In addition to the running, I've made some of my best friends though this wonderful club.

A great running club. I've been a member for 7 years, and find it a super inclusive atmosphere and suitable for runners of all abilities, from newbies to the speedy ones. There are lots of different types of running to join in with, from summer inter-club races to cross country in the winter, and weekly track sessions and longer runs. There is something for everyone, and a bit of social thrown in too, so you'll not just improve your running, but gain a whole new social group of lovely people as well!
