I have just used William the concreter to supply and pump 3meters of concrete ((A nice strong mix not lacking any cement unlike some companies)) for footings on a small extension in Robertsbridge in SussexThe bloke and his young lady assistant were very helpful, They waited for us to start the leveling of the footing as they pumped the concrete in, and left the road outside cleaner than before they had started, by hoseing down and sweeping up,A genuine and honest company,, And a good price, Any more jobs I get around that area I will be usingWilliam The Concretor..RegardsRussell@cps

Not impressed. I booked these guys up to arrive on an agreed date, I had 5 guys booked to work who were waiting around for the arrival of William the concreter who never turned up. I called to see where they were and apparently their vehicle had broken down. They said they'd tried to call me but there were no missed calls or messages. I wouldn't recommend.

We always use william the concreter for our concrete requirements. Always helpful and on time. see you on the next job.

Following the non delivery of concrete on the agreed date 4 people's time was wasted for the whole day, with no explanation from this company a call was made the following day to them, their excuse was that of phone problems".I had spoke to them on the delivery day via their working telephone and they were to check time with driver and report back which they never did.When asked if they would reimburse costs incurred due to non delivery they hung up. That was very very rude on their part and most unprofessional."

Excellent service! I called up to enquire about a ready mix for my footings for a retaining wall and was booked in for a delivery the following day. Driver arrived bang on time and the concrete was in the hole within half an hour!I'm not trade, just a home DIYer and wasn't sure wether to hire a mixer and buy all the materials myself or pay for a ready mix. After price checking Wickes, Travis Perkins and Jewson for the cement & aggregate, William The Concreter was still cheaper and far less hassle as the concrete was specc'd to the correct strength and pre-mixed for me.Very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend for jobs requiring at least 0.5 cubic metres (min. order is 1 cubic metre). I only required 0.72 cubic metres and the rest stayed in the mixer!

Despite being exceptionally busy they were able to deliver within 2 days. Mike the driver was very pleasant & helpful. Can't fault their efficient & quick service.

I needed a small bit that I needed to extend my drive .I popped in to the depot at battle where they were very helpful and said the driver can do a small amount after he'd done another job in the area as it was only . 6.5mtr X 600mm X 200mm infilled with hardcore. To my surprise this cost me £214.00 . Which I thought was quite a lot . Wether this was right or not I don't know. (How would I ) ?

Only a DIY'er so have always knocked up our own concrete. Had some footings to fill which required a fair amount of concrete and time was of the essence as they were falling in.William The Concreter managed to get to us in a couple of days (as per our request). We had estimated the amount needed and got a quote which we thought was very reasonable indeed.As it turns out we needed slightly more than originally paid for but as they mix on site they provided a bit more. They charge for the extra (obviously) but not at a premium so it's an excellent service that made up for our miscalculation and saved us future hassle of having to sort out ourselves.What would've taken 10 hours to knock up and transport to the footings took less than 15 minutes.Driver was polite and helpful, my wife dealt with the office and she said they couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for saving me a days work!
