I went to the Victoria shopping centre eurochange Bradford to ask about Turkish currency and what the best rate was I was seen by SANAM who explained everything in detail and gave me the best possible advice on what was a better deal for me .Thank you Sanam for your services much appreciated..

Always use eurochange Bradford kirgate for my travel money. So easy to order online then pick up the following day. Staff are always incredibly helpful, exchanging for smaller denominations etc if you would like that.Wish you could specify which denominations you would like when ordering online - but apart from that. An excellent service all round. Thank you

I recently had a truly disheartening encounter at Eurochange, the travel money exchange branch located in Bradford Kirkgate center. The experience was marred by discrimination and the worst customer service I have ever encountered.From the moment I walked in, I sensed an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect from a customer service-oriented business. I approached the counter to exchange my currency for an upcoming trip, only to be met with a lack of professionalism and outright discrimination.I experienced blatant discrimination throughout my interaction with the staff. They were providing slower service and even making derogatory remarks under their breath. It was deeply hurtful and demeaning to be treated this way solely based on my ethnicity.I had went there to get travel money for my holiday planned 2 days after this encounter. After discussing the exchange rate. They seemed uninterested in providing anymore helpful information and offered vague and incorrect responses, further frustrating the already appalling situation. I felt as though my questions were seen as a bother rather than an opportunity for them to assist me as a paying customer.After agreeing to all what happened and going through all the steps to exchange my currency i have provided a UK Driving license as a form of ID they started asking about my travel destination and where i got the money from and even asked for PRINTED OUT information about my bank statements and travel information and a long list of documents good thing they didnt ask for a birth certificate when asked why these documents are needed the refused to say and refused to continue thr exchange.I stood aside and order through online service which was very easy to do and even got a better rate. I received an email confirmation to collect the order and the only documents required were the confirmation email and an acceptable ID which was a driving license along with the payment card.The staff were shocked and seemed that what i did made them taste bitter in their mouth.After getting my money ready very slowly. A staff member asked for the ID and the payment card used which was provided for them. But then took his time on the phone wasting my time only to tell me again that all he meeds further ID and bank statements and that the system didnt allow him which was a blatant lie.I left Eurochange feeling deeply disappointed, disrespected, and discriminated against. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of my ethnicity or any other characteristic. Eurochange's blatant disregard for basic human decency and customer service standards is highly alarming.I urge fellow travelers to avoid Eurochange at all costs. The discrimination I faced at this branch is inexcusable and a clear violation of ethical standards. It is crucial for businesses to promote an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers. Eurochange has failed miserably in this aspect, and I sincerely hope that they take immediate action to address and rectify these issues.I encourage anyone who experiences discrimination or poor customer service at Eurochange or any other establishment to speak out against such behavior. It is only through collective action and awareness that we can bring about change and hold businesses accountable for their actions.

Went to get some currency on Sunday morning and Sanam was absolute star.She had been dealing with an extremely difficult customer before assisting us and it was like water off a ducks back.She was polite, quick efficient and told us everything we needed to know.Sanam is a credit to Eurochange and I hope she gets recognised through with more than words.
