NICE!

Arrived at agreed time to locked doors and no one expecting me. Failed to provide equipment in room as had been agreed. Insisted I have cables dragged on floor where delegates walked with no cable covers. Old projector and dirty screen. Tired and grubby room. Half a broken blind on one window and none on the other. Blown bulbs. Locked out of building with delegates inside at 4pm as everyone went home! Not even particularly cheap. Local alternatives are much better value and infinitely more professional.

I used Venue Reading when organising my company 10 year anniversary party. Park house was the perfect location - a beautiful building in beautiful surroundings. The food was excellent quality and the staff made sure we all had a great time.Would highly recommend them for parties and functions.

I have been using Venue Reading, specifically their beautifully refurbished Meadow Suite at Park House, to run a bi-monthly event for the last year now and continue to do so. The service has been top notch throughout and have yet to run into any problems. From the attention to detail, set up of the event and facilities through to bar staff and food quality - everything has been perfect. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for venues - whether it is for a professional function or not!
