Truly shocking company, when you contact the office it sounds like they are throwing a constant children’s party and when the staff come to your house they act like it, the person sent to mine spent more time on his phone than actually working, left my premises in a mess, couldn’t be bothered to clean up mess on the floor and dirty hand prints off the walls, maybe I was expecting to much? when I contacted the office to complain the lady on the other end was very rude, she informed me the person wasn’t full time staff but a sub contractor who works for them, I did think it was weird when you see Csg vans always parked up and yet this guy turned up in a expensive looking transporter, I was told a manager would call me back and still waiting, only been around 3 weeks!! so I thought maybe writing a review on here will grab there attention.If you want a stress free service and people that can clean up after themselves then avoid these cowboys at all costs!!!!

Have dealt with CSG many times, never had any problems, the engineers are polite and friendly, the office staff happy to help. After dealing with several other local firms this is the company I choose to deal with time and time again.

I had an intruder alarm system installed to my parents property. The Engineer was was helpful and friendly. The companies CovId 19 measures were put in place and my parents felt very comfortable. The office staff were helpful and polite. It was clear to see the company and the Engineer have brilliant knowledge of the industry, and installed a a system that’s easy to use for my parents that aren’t very technical. The response from my original enquiry to the installation was handled promptly. I would recommend this company and have done to friends and family.

Drivers park extremely inconsiderately, blocking a cycle path in a manner that forces cyclists onto the pavement, on double yellow lines.Couldn't be bothered to use the car park for Costa.
