Bray Foods - Artisan Bakery
Was using Bray for a few months, a few times buns arrived crushed. Colours on the charcoal buns are not continuous sometimes dark black and another time dark grey at best!Customer service though is shocking, rude staff who are so unorganised it’s surprising the office runs at all!Was told that a sample box had been dispatched by 2 different employees, to be told 2 weeks later that this was a lie and that they are still waiting for more requests for samples before they dispatch any !Awful customer service for a brand that charges a super premium price tag !

never answer the phone, disregarded few deliveries over busy weekend. its a shame because the products they offe are good. but whats the point because you wont received it in time.

Really poor customer service multiple emails to request samples without delay. Finally spoke with someone who arranged for some samples to be sent. Waiting nearly three weeks and nothing has been received. Unfortunately will have to look elsewhere.

Don’t waste time and money to buy specially burgers buns from bray foods. All the times different sizes and different colours.mostly buns damage in the box.and to expensive too.
