This retail unit is run mostly by very good staff, particularly those ladies who seem to be in charge.Update 1y later: Thia site is still best compared to other branches in SW London.But on last 2 visits I was particularly impressed by new guy Terry, who actually provides perfect and complete service" to each customer! Means he takes order and straight away brings goods to customer.Sadly all other staf members will let customers pointlesly stand in corner waiting for someone else to dispatch purchased goods."

Made an order, then found it was going to take two days to arrive, cancelled it, then had to remind them to refund the money, 24/7 service is advertised, yet 48/56 seems to be the standard, once is a mistake, twice is unnecessary. Covid hasn't prevented your selling so why are you so lax?

Great shop, good location, have everything you need. Pretty large parking space, just close by to the main road, so can't really kiss that. brilliant customer service always very helpful people.

Just letting everyone know please don't buy these DeWalt safety boots as after a month and a half they fall apart, the quality is really bad they feel good, very light,but they're just not strong enough for building jobs.

Great little store, with all your diy needs ordered via a catalogue. They do next day delivery if they don't have stock, and have great customer service. Have made many refunds and purchases with no problem. Hope they keep it that way!

I accidentally left my phone in the store, and Matt the assistant manager not only rescued it, but had the smarts to use my ice contacts to let someone know. He then kept it in the safe for me. What a guy!Great store, great prices, buy stuff from here!
