Delicious bacon sarnie to start with, course in good nick, bunker sand is the best in the area in my opinion...only downside is some holes (14, 15, 17 & 18) has the fringe rough to penal especially with past cut grass clumps lying on the surface preventing you from finding your ball.

Best layout of a course in the area, sadly does not take the rain, there fairways need serious attention to the density of the grass, a serious everseeding plan should be put in place.

Well maintained and attractive course with some great practice facilities. The clubhouse is friendly with some good food. Easy parking even for those in our group with motorhomes. Really enjoyed our visit.

Played here when it was stressholme golf club and it was average at best but what a transformation since it changed over to Blackwell Grange.excellent highly recommended

Course in great condition. One exemption though. Golfers who go in bunkers should rake them on leaving! Shocking really, but really liked the redesigned par 3s. Will definitely return.
