These people use equipment that is far too aggressive.They managed to rip the VW badge off and the power of their hoses removed some signwriting from the vehicle.I’ve used many hand car washes on a weekly basis and this is the first that has damaged my vehicle….not once, but twice, in just three minutes.There was no apology.Go to a professional, licenced wash like IMO instead.

Absolutely fantastic!They are so thorough and provided such a good clean, even with my muddy, dog-slobbery, dog fur covered, smelly car.My car was a filthy state inside and out, obviously I paid a tad more than the usual rate as it wasn't a standard clean which I was more than willing to do and I did not regret it - I came back with a car that looked showroom ready. I understand why my husband and friend rave about them now and will be using them regularly going forwards. Thank you BCW team :)
