I called Western when my daughters new iphone wouldn't work, it was her Birthday and we needed help urgently. They were really helpful and gave immediate advise over the phone. I later called Apple for further advise and they booked me an appointment with Western. Really welcoming staff, super helpful and great service. I'd almost driven from Oxford to Milton Keynes to find an Apple store, so glad I didn't as this was in every way as good, directly affiliated and certified by Apple support.Thank you again for your help!!!

Highly knowledgeable, very helpful and informative staff. Not at all pushy and invested in helping you to find what’s right for you. I went into Western Computers today because my 8-year-old MacBook Pro went ‘pop’, and it was time for a new model. I was looked after by both Aiden and Robert, who simply couldn’t do enough for me. I had so many questions I’m sure I would have tested anyone’s patience, but if I tested Aidan and Robert’s patience, you could certainly not tell. My experience today absolutely reinforced for me why the high street stores are so valuable, because the service I received today could never be replicated online. 5 stars.

I reserved a slot to have battery replaced in iPhone 11. The website states if you book in before 12 noon it should be ready later that day. Having taken the phone in, I was then told it would take 2 working days to replace the battery ! Seriously ? £99 for that level of service ? Why didn’t they inform me when I booked the time. I shall go elsewhere.
