OMG!!! I have had many hundreds of massages over the years, and was recommended to Louise by a friend when my long term masseur retired. Without doubt, she is THE best that I have EVER had! Really. She gave me a 2 hour massage as she told me I needed it, didn't charge me extra, and I can't wait to go again.

I have recently been to Sweet Chestnut Therepies for a back massage, a 'facial' and hot stone massage. As a Mum of two young toddlers I struggle to totally switch off and relax properly given an opportunity to, even when I know it's good for me. However, Louise's Hot Stone Massage took me to a state of relaxation I haven't felt for years. It's the most relaxing thing ever! It's a bit like having a really soothing massage in a glorious hot bubble bath. The sense that stress is just oozing out quietly and easily as you luxuriate under the confident hands of Louise and her magic hot stones; I'm not sure I can explain it properly but I suggest you try it. Needless to say, I returned for one of her face massages out of curiosity. And once again Louise's knowing hands made good work of the stress in my jaw. By the end of it I felt like I had a new face. It was a non-surgical face-lift! I'm convinced that if I went regularly, I wouldn't need to spend so much money on expensive anti ageing face creams. It was a totally new and wonderful experience. Louise takes on your aches and pains as a personal mission and you don't leave wondering if you got value for money. You do leave feeling you've left some of that weight of the world behind and that you're going to sleep well tonight.

Just had my 1st deep muscle tissue massage with Louise. I went in feeling really stiff and tight in certain muscles. So much freer and lighter in the body movements afterwards. If you suffer from aches, pains any injuries this is the lady to go too she knows her stuff.
