Premier Park

Neither machine was working, car park works on ANPR. I received a £100 fine a short while later. I took a photo of the machines on the day but this was not enough to evidence they were broken and my appeal against the parking notice was rejected. Next time I will video everything to stop being stung with a £100 fine (reduced to £20 following appeal) for what would have cost £1.50. Absolutely ridiculous inflation!

Paid for parking and received a £100 fine - have proof of payment but do advise people not to park here.Please note that I will be escalating this rogue car parking company - they are blatantly ripping people off and seem to be getting away with it.

I paid for the parking via card and foolishly assumed it had taken the fee as it gave my card back after entering all the details including REG. Today i recieved a parking charge for £100.00 for non payment. If the machine didn't take my money its not my fault. Premier Parking should be closed down for not checking their machines on a daily basis and illegally charging law abiding citizens for their defective equipment.

DO NOT PARK HERE. I TRIED TO PAY WITH MONEY, THE MACHINE KEPT REJECTING COINS. A MAN WAS USING THE MACHINE NEXT TO ME WHICH WAS ALSO REJECTING HIS MONEY. HE WASN'T STAYING AS HE HAD BEEN FINED HERE BEFORE AND WASN'T TAKING ANY CHANCES, HE ADVISED ME TO DO THE SAME. I HAD BANK CARDS AND PAID USING THEM. NO TICKET WAS GIVEN EVEN AFTER TRYING TWICE, LOOKED AT SIGNS WHICH SAID HAVE YOU PAID. THEIR IS NO DISPLAY SIGNS AS REGISTRATION IS PUT INTO THE MACHINE SO I ASSUMED AS THEIR WAS NO DISPLAY SIGNS ALL WOULD BE OK. I WAS WRONG AND RECEIVED A FINE FOR NONE PAYMENT TO WHICH I APPEALED AS MACHINE DIDN'T GIVE A TICKET STILL HAVE TO PAY FINE FOR THE MACHINE NOT FUNCTIONING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE WARNED AND PARK IN A NON PREMIER CAR PARK,

Do not park here I have received a fine with no notification of how much I did pay and as I no longer have the ticket cant appeal. I have been fined £100

Paid for ticket on the ring go all like they said (paid more than double what it would have been with cash) and still got sent £100 parking fine. Terrible place should be sold to new owners.

Paid for.parking on a malfunctioning machine that only recorded first 2 letters of my reg and received £100 fine ...sent in photographic evidence of bank payment and ticket appeal rejected as I admitted I parked there and didn't put in full registration...even though it was their faulty machine never ever park here again, its an absolute pot Hole anyway how they have the nerve to charge people is beyond me

Parked and paid via machine, received a letter from solicitors 8months after parking here after zero correspondence from Premier parking Ltd stating I owed £170 for unpaid parking charges. Tried to dispute requesting evidence of parking charge, zero correspondence for a month from solicitors (Gladtsones). I reluctantly paid for fear of CCJ / bad credit.Funny how all reviews are same.... absolute con artists.

Do not park here. I paid for a ticket and have just received a £100 fine for parking there. Absolute rip off. So even when you have paid for parking keep your window ticket. Foolishly I assumed that because I had paid for parking I would be ok. Be warned that even if you pay for parking you may well Still Get a fine.

Stay away from this carpark, even if the pay machines don't work. They don't care if you have proof, appeals don't work. Really angry...Rip Off Company, they send Fine of £100 no matter what!
