Was in one stop last night in Ludlow. The heat knocked you back it was unbearable, apparently the air con broke down over a week ago and the shop has no manager so the poor staff were left high and dry !! The food stuff out was literally going off in front of you !! I tried calling there head office to complain and no answer on there phone, perhaps they have had a meltdown in there HQ, !! Seriously though it was a cool day yesterday in comparison.

I had an interview for this place in Brownhills. It was to work at the warehouse as a picker. During the interview they showed me another part of the warehouse which basically was dealing with the waste and recycling, which was manned mostly by older people. Anyway two days after the interview I was turned down for the picking role and I was turned down because of my age. They offered to put me in the waste and recycling part, but I was not interested because I felt they turned me down for the picking role due to my age, given that I have worked other warehouses where I met targets that was met and had no issues at all over age. They obviously want to have young people in their warehouse and don't like older people doing the picking role because it would be a bad image for them, it is not trendy. They just want to stick older people with the rubbish.

Every time I go to this shop it is closed for a delivery! Two days in a row and 7 times in the last 5 weeks. I have never known anything so pathetic. They now have their items delivered by Tesco and apparently the driver won`t bring the stuff in the shop! and they don`t have enough staff to keep it open when a delivery is made. Simple solution, Get another member of staff or get your dairy products elsewhere.

Walking past today a member of staff was vaping" in the doorway

apparently it is acceptable in the Sherbourne Road, Oakridge Basingstoke store to yell abuse at your customers when they ask you to move your car so they can get out of their car and go to work. it's also acceptable apparently to stop complaints going in by refusing to give your managers contact details and apparently calling head office find it okay to NOT pick up the phone and to reject the call. Not the way to keep customers Amazon deliver and there are other shops we can go to
