I wouldn’t do business with this team. We had a leak from a flat above us (which they manage) and the customer service they demonstrated, in urgent situations, was lacking. Should I sell my flat or rented, I would definitely go with someone else so one needs to do their homework before taking any decision regarding employing Homezone to manage their property; the last thing one needs, is a rude realtor.
