Made to fit overlap panels supplied and fitted, took the old ones away, also made and fitted new back gate along with all fittings, very impressed with the workmanship and product quality.

Extremely happy with Les Balls. Everyone was helpful and clear, the work was incredibly efficient and very fairly priced. Will absolutely be using them again in the future.

After chatting with Les and arranging a time to suit him to do a quote to supply and fit about 20 6x6 fence panels. He never turned up. And no call to say why.He had my home number my mobile and my email address.. but nothing.. I subiquenty phoned his mobile and works number to find out if he was struggling to find our house no one answered either his mobile or landline.As you can imagine I was not impressed. He will not be offered the chance againSo to sum him up... time wasterColin

I asked for a quote, which I got, very reasonable, done in record time. Guys are very polite and professional, excellent job done and I have already recommended them to friends.

Had a couple of fence panels blow out and one looking pretty ropey, so rang a company and was quoted a 3-4 week wait. Called Les Balls at 3pm on Monday and the panels were delivered at 10am the next day. Good quality panels delivered in record time. Helped carry them through into the back garden as well.

I sent Les a few photos of my garden along with annotated pictures providing exact measurements for the fence that I wanted.Les told me he would come around to do a quote. I gave Les my address and offered to give him further instructions as it is a new build and doesn't appear on GPS. Les insisted he would find it.On the day, Les turned up late because he couldn't find my house. He said that I gave him the wrong address (he was using the estate name as the street name) and was obviously a little irritated he had wasted some of his working day.Les proceeded to measure my garden and surprisingly, it was exactly the same measurements as when I measured it a few days earlier. Fair enough, I guess always best to check out the area for yourself.A few hours later Les phoned me with his quote for £845 to fabricate and install 18m of his fencing. A little more than I was expecting, but in fairness I had no idea how much fencing cost.I didn't really like the look of the fence that Les brought with him and I actually found some fencing I really liked at B&Q. I e-mailed Les to see if he would be up for installing a fence that I bought myself. He told me that's fine, but he wouldn't be able to offer any warranty.As he didn't tell me, I emailed Les to find out how much he would charge to install a fence that I bought, assuming I supplied everything.After waiting for a week, I hadn't heard anything back from Les. Maybe he was busy and forgot.I sent a follow up e-mail after that week asking Les if he would still be okay to give me a quote on installing the fence.Another 4 days later and I still haven't heard anything from Les.What can you say about workmen that flake out before you even start the job? I guess I expected, if Les decided he didn't want to do the job, he would just let me know rather than deciding to ignore me.

Very impressed with the whole service, very highly recommended. Honest, reliable company would use them again.

I've ordered several lots of trellis (made to measure) from Les. Extremely well made and very fast. Good price too! Highly recommended.
