We recently visited to change over our contract from personal to business and upgrade my phone, I visited Maidenhead and Windsor and both had staff that seemed to not want to move from their seats and just pass us onto the next person or store. Joanna based in Slough was completely the opposite, polite, incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She changed my contract and got me my phone with accessories. We left feeling very satisfied customers. Well done Joanna, she needs a promotion.

Wouldn’t normally leave a review but was so pleased with the service I received today that I just had to. Tahmid was very willing to help, explained the issue to me very clearly and helped me understand everything when I was a bit confused. Please pass on my thanks!

Great service from staff. However those systems are really bad . I tried to get a tablet on contract and from what the staff told me , their system were down . I came tree times in a week with same issue. This is not a great experience and I am thinking to go to another provider ... Three please change your systems .

I came in Three Slough, and I was impressed with the services provided by the gentleman called Constantin and his colleague Tahmid. Looking for an upgrade, no problem, those guys will give you 5 star services . I will definitely come again.
