Women's and home deco available on ground with kids and Men's section on the top floor. Also every season end they have great price reductions on the season ends products.

Great place!Affordable prices at good quality, everything for everything from homeware , men, ladies babies, travel to cosmetics.This place is always on trends and new merchandise is brought regularly I suppose.Easy access from high street Hounslow.Social distancing measures are applied within the store but mostly not respected by everyone which is not fair, I would like the management of the store to be more strict as this place is crowded at all the time, no wonder why Hounslow will go in lockdown soon. Other than that, yeah... A good place affordable to anyone.

Lovely retail giant located in the heart of Hounslow. Can buy affordable quality garment for the fraction of other retail giants. Quality is good, it is excellent value for money. The store can get busy especially during peak hours, so might have to stand in long queue. Customer service is friendly and attentive, staff take care of all you’re needs. I brought a lovely navy blue suit from here and I always receive compliments because of it.

Its nice one. Nice price. A staff with bald hair (I don't know his name though) he is a very nice guy. He do his duty properly and very quickly. 4 staffs vs 1 staff. Great experience. Thank you. And other staffs are also very supportive.

Crowded.. Cheap and affordable.. lot of options. Quality is ok! I mostly prefer buying home clothes as they are very comfortable and cheap, lasts for a duration. Lot of choices for women for clothes, foot wear, inners, accessories, handbags, ear rings, lounge choices, home stuff. Men’s section and kids clothes are also available with good price ranges. Unfortunately no online shopping portal available for this shop.

Best shopping for clothes and other accessories for reasonable price. However, I often end up not finding my size here.They should consider laughing a petite section.

Customer service on very low level.We had been charged nearly double price for item. Price on rack showed £4.50 and on all products was price (usually displayed next barcode) taken off from product and we where charged £7.00. We catched that on cash register and confronted cashier. She send us off to check price on rack. Because We couldn't find price on any of the product we asked other member of staf. She just said that she don't know and leaved. So we went back to registers and asked to someone to help us. Lady there tried to convince us that that price on the rack is only for front part of the rack. But couldn't explain how we supposed to know price. So we asked for a manager.He came with same excuse and and no solution. He acknowledged us that there is a problem that there are no price on the products but not try to fixed it. He didn't even offered us a refund.None of the staff showed will to fix the issue or show us that they care about customer.I know it is small price I was more disappointed with level of customer service we got from employees and manager itself.I visited shop again today.Queue was really long and only few crash desk where open.After a waiting for a while I seen two young ladies come to crash desk from the side with about 4 items in their hands. Person behind counters (looks like manager) came to them. After short discussion she opened till and started to process their shopping. So two young ladies (in their teens) jumped long queue full of older people, mums with strollers, and manager allow that without even question it.Still same bad experience.
