Waited 1 hour and 20 mins I phoned up after 50 mins of waiting to find out that apparently I’ve bought a kebab from another shop using there app and that they hadn’t received my order and after giving them my order I’d they then asked what I’ve order and said they have lost my order and said I haven’t paided and then after it was all sorted told me it would be 10 mins which it didnt and was another 20 mins on top I would not order from here again !

IMPORTANT *******Great if you want to be mugged off its flat 3 Solbys house would like my money back not going to pay £18 for something that weighs less than a tin of beans what a joke chicken sish wrap meal with no chips and a burger mealNot to mention they might call you like they did to me today 11/09/21 and complain to you about complaining about your order that wasn't up to standards or correctWhy not apologize and re amended the wrong order or givee my money back

First ever time having a doner kebab from here. Ask the guy for fresh cut meat. No problem at all and was so good. Will be going back.

Waited an hour for our order and then i asked how much longer as we were really fed up waiting and was told another 20 mins we just walked out the phone was constantly ringing with orders they were a man short and they didn’t have the decency to tell me that we had a very long wait they just made us wait and just ignored us but everyone else who came in after us got their order never again will we get our food from here they don’t even deserve 1 star.

Was told 45 minutes and the order arrived after 70 minutes with no update. Upon inquiring about the delivery time I was told that updating me would be a “waste of time” as they were busy.Additionally, I asked for a plain kebab and it turned up with chilli sauce. Once ringing and explaining the situation, I was asked to provide proof which I said I would do by showing them the food bin that I had thrown the kebab in to. Again, I was told that without proof it would be a “waste of time” bringing a replacement kebab.Severely poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered 6 hot chicken wings and chips, £5.50 and got 6 chicken nuggets. Called to complain but would have to wait 40 mins for delivery. Asked for refund as I paid by card, told me they couldn't do it but would come with cash at 9pm. I said I didn't want them knocking my door at 9pm and to put it in the postbox. It never arrived! Food was awful. Avoid at all costs!
