Been to this store for so many wonderful pieces of jewellery. Has stylish presentation, a good range of designers and prices for all budgets. Many of the pieces are nothing like you see on the high street and this means everything has that extra special touch of class. Staff are fantastic and we live visiting and popping when shopping or simply passing by on the bike too. Everyone we buy a piece from Element treasures the gift. That says it all.

I have been going to this shop since they first opened. They are amazing people. They don't forget you make you feel welcomed and valued even if you only spend a little. They will go the extra mile to assist you. I find them very honest because if I have tried something that is not really me they will say. They had battled through the floods and they are supportive of other businesses. The are a true independent very rare in their line of business now. Lovely gifts starting at very resonable prices. I dont think any of what they sell is overpriced as all hand made and sourced by themselves.

Cannot rate their customer service highly enough. It doesn’t matter if you’re spending £30 or £3000, they treat you exactly the same with a warm, friendly, helpful attitude.Jewellery selection is excellent, some really interesting and unique pieces from some great designers, a lot of them local to the area.

I wanted to buy a ring to propose to my partner, having never bought an engagement ring before. I was visiting Hebden Bridge on my travels through West Yorkshire and saw Element Jewellery as I was driving past. I had a quick look at their website which seemed very tastefully done and decided to pop in to the shop later to have a look around. After seeing some interesting rings but not quite sure what would be suitable, I was invited to have a consultation with a member of the design team, which I'm very pleased I did. After discussing several options, I decided to have my late grandmother's diamond engagement ring remodelled into a brand new ring for my partner. The end result in white gold and fine detailing looked incredible and the turn around was just two weeks. My partner was extremely pleased with the ring when I presented it to her and of course I was chuffed to bits. I thoroughly recommend Element jewellery for an engagement ring, whether you are someone who knows what they are looking for or someone like me who needed a bit of guidance. The quality of the materials and the helpfulness of the staff really impressed me.

Outstanding customer service every visit. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a wide and varied selection of jewellery, and sometimes other accessories, to suit all budgets and occasions.

The most wonderful shop! Me and my family have loved Element since they opened. A lovely team and gorgeous selection. Last year they helped me and my sisters to commission a bespoke opal ring for my Mum’s birthday and it surpassed anything we could have hoped for!

Took my engagement ring in to have the setting checked and rhodium plated. While sorting out my engagement ring they advised that I rhodium plate my wedding and eternity rings. I got them back today and they look amazing, like new again!!The staff were so helpful and polite as always. The shop is amazing, lots of unique items and customer service is the best I have ever had.Thank you

I LOVE Element; the unique pieces and all of the wonderful staff. My other half, Matt got my engagement ring and wedding ring from there and they are just beautiful. He's been back for other pieces and I have since been back too! It's definitely our 'go to' place!The staff are so lovely and always add such a personal touch, it means a lot! ❤ Would 100% recommend to others, you won't be disappointed.

Visitors to Hebden bridge today from Manchester,for theChristmas market and came across Elements Jewellery.I must say , a highly recommended visit with staff who are super helpful & friendly.The jewellery within, is beautiful& since Christmas is fast approachingthe staff gave theirs customers free drinks & nibbles, which included hot mulled wine.Such a lovely & kind thought ,for what turned out to be a very cold day.The mulled wine had a lovely warmth & flavour .My appreciations to all who work at Elements Jewellery.
