PKA Kickboxing - East Leake

My Little boy has been it doing for a couple of months now and his attention at school has improved. Also the classes are brilliant and fun. My child looks forward to going each Saturday and Sam is really good and interactive with the children.Would highly recommend

I’ve been doing kickboxing with PKA for a couple of years and I absolutely love it.The confidence I have grown in not only my fitness but myself, is amazing and I look forward to going every week.If you are contemplating it at all just go for it! The group are very welcoming and friendly and the encouragement from all the kickboxing team is great!

I’ve started kickboxing with David a few months ago I love it. It’s fun, rewarding and engaging. There’s all level of fitness in the East Leake group, both adults and teens. It’s challenging enough that you don’t get bored and you get to progress quickly, but there is always someone making sure that the newbies are looked after and don’t get lost too much (which we normally do at some point lol). The EL group is brilliant and very welcoming, David is the best instructor you could wish for and you get to decide how far you want to push it; whether it’s just a fun workout or if you want to go for the belts, David will encourage you but there’s no pressure :) My son has now started with Sam for the young children and he loves it.Highly recommended if you want something fun that will engage your whole body, strengths and cardio and where you can progress and challenge yourself.

I've been kickboxing now for 18 years and I totally love it. It's great for stress, endurance, mental health, flexibility, strength, it really is a great all rounder. I've been training the longest at the East Leake Club. They are my second family. David the Instructor is friendly, helpful, approachable, encouraging, and pushes everyone to train their hardest. The Assistant Coaches are helpful too and on hand to assist anyone who needs help. It is a very friendly club. If you want a new challenge, want to meet a great bunch of people, want to push your fitness in a different way, sign up! Hopefully you'll love it as much as I do!

The coaches are brilliant and very kind and very professional. I take my 6 year old son and he absolutely loves it. He's also has additional needs and coach Sam is very understanding and his communication with my son is brilliant.Would Highley recommend to anyone.

I have trained at PKA East Leake for over 5 years and I still love going every week. No 2 classes are the same, I'm fitter than I have ever been and I've made many friends along the way. Martin is a great coach and offers a free trial class to anyone who wants to try it out. Do it, you've nothing to lose!

I have been training with the PKA over at East Leake now for 7 years, achieving personal fitness goals I never thought Id reach, I've competed across the country and reached my Black Belt 1st degree.Very friendly, safe and fun environment!
