We run a small independent charity for children with disabilities . When BT came and scrambled our telephone system we were told that we needed a new system at great financial expense which we could not afford, leaving us without an emergency contact method should one of our children fall ill. We contacted Alan through a recommendation and he sent an engineer out the same day who had our system working within an hour, for which we are eternally grateful. Professional, honest and courteous, a vast difference to the BT engineers who came, we will certainly use his services again and recommend them to others.
