Great company.

After using MB before I called them back in July 2022 to confirm why my silent piston compressor was slow to produce air. Although fully working it was not producing air to allow my cleaning machine to run on Automatic mode and was simply being run manually. After almost 5 hours work the machine was turn on to have a loud knocking noise and to be told the valve plate would need to be replaced . Some weeks later and a number of emails no parts could be found . I was then left to pay put for a new compressor spending £5000 in order to maintain the running of the machine without breakdowns.I appreciate the old machine was older and new machine was needed to maintain reliability.I have since been chased for an invoice of £390 to cover labour of breaking our machine .I asked for discount and contract to maintain our new compressor to which no reply and just continued pressure to pay up .I have now paid in full and won't be using the company again.
