Lovely salon, all the staff are great. Alesha has just done my hair and I'm shocked at how light she got it for me in 1 sitting! I absolutely love it and I've gotten so many amazing compliments!Blow dry club is amazing, highly recommend. All the girls are really lovely

Thank you so much to Carrie Anne for making me feel sooooo amazing on my wedding day and doing such an amazing job on my hair, I called Carrie Anne on the Wednesday really upset as my hairdresser was unable to do my hair 2 days before my wedding!!! Nothing was too much trouble for Carrie Anne and she reassured me she would be there first thing in the morning.Carrie Anne spent so much time making sure my hair was exactly as I wanted it and made sure not a single strand of hair was out of place! The results from my pictures prove this, and I got soo many compliments From our guests. I could not recommend her enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first time at Capelli's and I was so pleased with the service. I subscribed to their Blow-Dry Club and enjoyed a lovely hairwash and blow-dry by apprentice, Ellie. Nothing was too much trouble and I left the salon with my hair feeling fresh & fabulous.Thanks for everything and see you soon!

Very friendly welcoming staff. They are excellent stylists with very high standards. Erin who does my hair is superb her cutting skills are amasing. I love the way she cuts and styles my hair. Highly reccomend this salon to you.

Today I had the nicest experience at capelli and had the pleasure of Carrie Anne herself colour and style my hair. I’m on a hair journey that’s very much trust the process going from extremely dark to very light. I left with exactly what I wanted and confidence! I can not stop looking in the mirror , I keep thinking is this really my hair! The salon vibe is so relaxed and the staff can not do enough for you. This is my second visit to capelli and I am so glad I’ve found a salon with a team that listen to exactly what you want doing to your hair. Thank you so much Carrie - Anne and Team Capelli ❤️

Called in yesterday. This salon is under new management. Very polite and they fitted me in straightaway for a cut and blow dry. Most of products they use are vegan friendly which is great. I have short hair and asked for it to be cut shorter in the neck and I wanted to keep the length on top. Not too difficult and the cut was ok. Didn't look exceptional but was ok. However it was classed as a restyle and only when I came to pay was I aware of this hence £33 but I was told next time it will be less". Huh I don't think there will be a next time here unless they are more up front with their charges. I did get a cup of coffee with almond milk though... very nice."
