I went there (luton claires store) recently with my 3 year old, now im not the biggest fan of claires and only went in for my 3 year old who really wanted a plush toy but after a while I got talking to a member of the staff and i have to say they really changed my mind especially a young lady attending the till and piecings named B somthing wearing a head scarf she was so lovely to talk to helped me and my lil girl with what we was looking for Great customer service more stores need good help like that

One of my favourite childhood stores. There are so many interesting girlie things, like cuddly toys, hair accessories, makeup, jewellery...that little girls absolutely love! Now I usually get gifts for the little ladies in the family from here. There are sometimes some really good offers going on jewellery and soft toys. They offer ear piercing as well. My sister had her's done from here years ago and all was good and handled professionally. Heard from some friends that price has increased for piercing significantly. Staff are polite. Would recommend a visit.

Hello,I booked appointment at clair’s in luton arndale centre. it was for my daughter’s ear piercing. we were told the lady who does ear piercing she is gone home.Whats the point booking an appointmentI cancled other plans. If staff knew there is appointment coming how can she go homeWe are very disappointed

I was visiting the store yesterday and it was absolutely freezing in there. I took my jacket off as it is quite warm in the mall and other shops, however, I had to out it on in this store. I did not really pay much attention to products or shopped, as I was not feeling comfortable doing that while the staff that works there are working under such conditions. The lovely staff mentioned that they are working on fixing the heating and they were really nice about it. I really hope that is true and the problem is resolved soon. Would not really want to support a business who does not care about these things.

Lady told us that the piercing would cost around £10+ when booking. After we came, I had my piercings done by an extremely rude lady and the whole shop had a terrible atmosphere, didn't even ask if i was okay after the piercing was done, super impatient and felt rushed. I was surprised it didnt get infected, and once the process was over, they charged us a ridiculous £57. Absolutely terrible, get your piercing done at a tattoo parlor, way safer and not ridiculous.

Shocking Customer service....Me and my wife been to the store yesterday (19/09/2023) around 4:30pm- 5:30pm.We were looking for a kids small make up box which we saw online.Online price was different than the store.The lady sales assistant who was serving us said someting about price difference in store and online which me and my wife both didn't understand at all.When my wife asked her again she was saying AM I TALIKING IN A different language

My friend had her piercing done and they were super nice, she also got 20% discount and we did some shopping. It was a nice experience and there was a lot of discount .. buy 3 get 3 free.Absolutely lovely.
