Rebecca and her colleague...Rebecca (Jones), have delivered an amazing level of professionalism, patience, perseverance and care, to ensure that a difficult and highly stressful, property maintenance situation was taken seriously and ultimately, resolved. I worked with Thomas to arrange the letting and management of my property. This was the first time I have gone through this, and I was supported throughout by Thomas and the team. Very happy.

Update: The property wasn't vacant, there was a tenant that no one could contact. The tenant handed in their notice a month ago, but Leaders failed to start any advertising. Leaders once again have no idea where the tenant is, and if he will pay rent. An entire month and no lessons were learned.Currently dealing with a vacant property because no one did a checkout at the end of a tenancy, or advertised for new tenants. Will add to the review if I get a response from them, but so far, my emails have been ignored.

Francesca C has been truly amazing. Of all the support staff for my property, she has been FANTASTIC. She is prompt, courteous and professional. Each support request I have flagged, she is on the case. I feel very safe in her more than capable hands. Thank you CF for all that you have done for us residents at Buckingham Place, you make us feel valued and provide 110% customer service!!!

I have been renting a studio flat in Brighton for just over a month. The flat viewing, tenancy checks and move-in was handled by Leaders. I was then handed over to their sister company, Romans. Unfortunately, since then, I have had an entirely negative experience with Romans. Since day one there have been multiple issues with the flat, including non-functional hot water, faulty electrics and faulty fire alarms, most of which have not yet been fixed despite numerous calls and emails. I should not have been allowed to move into a flat in this state. You can see the details in my review of the Leaders Romans Group head office in Berkshire.I am writing this review of the Leaders branch for two reasons:a) I thought Leaders would be my letting agency and property manager. Leaders did not make me aware that I would be handed over to Romans, and if I had been I would have objected, becauseb) my nearest branch of Romans is in Guildford, 50 miles away from Brighton. I don't know why a letting agent is managing property in a city nowhere near any of their branches. This has made it a lot harder for me to get the issues in my flat fixed as it's a lot harder to convey these things (and the stress they've caused me) over the phone and by email than in-person. When there isn't a physical branch which I can go into, with people I can speak to in person, it removes a lot of the power I have as a tenant to make myself heard

The customer care at Leaders is exceptional. Our circumstances were a bit unusual, but we were put at our ease and found both John and Tom very helpful and supportive as we sought a suitable flat to rent. Thank you!

Rebecca Jones has recently taken over management of our flat and has managed the changeover. The tenants moved out and Rebecca has been extremely efficient and helpful at responding to my concerns and taking me through the report. quickly identifying what needs doing. securing a contractor who provided good value for money and could operate within the required timeframes and communicating with me really well. She was also really friendly and professional. Thank you!

Leaders is the best agency I have ever come across with.Maria was the agent that sorted our tenancy agreement, and it was a swift and easy process.Jay, Charlotte are the property managers that have helped us during our tenancy, and are very responsive in replying our maintenance requests.If I ever need to rent in areas where Leaders are available, I will definitely rent with them again!

My boyfriend and I looked for a house for a long time. When we visited the houses offered by leaders, it was not difficult to choose the one we felt comfortable with. John was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. We feel very lucky to have found a house thanks to his kindness and helpfulness. After five months of frantically searching for housing, my partner and I were recommended Leaders by friends and we’re so glad! We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and caring agent to support us through this process than John. He was so communicative with us, and was always first on the scene when there was an issue during the application and moving process, even physically helping us get some of our stuff into the flat!
