Very rude members of staff! Walked in to ask for information regarding weekend vacancy advertised on their front window. Stood in front of one of the busy ladies for about 3-4 without being encknowledged whatsoever.. Then I decided to just ask anyway who I could have spoke to about the vacancy, the lady rudely said she's busy serving a customer and will be with me shortly, again no apology or anything like it. After being glued to the computer screen and making a short journey to a stock room the customer who she was dealing with didn't know what was happening and asked nicely 'have you found it yet?', her simple reply was 'no not yet!'. Their customer service was very poor don't know if it was due to being under staffed or being busier than a usual Sunday. I didn't like the atmosphere and the attitude coming from the women.. I wouldn't have liked to work with someone that doesn't even care about the customers and the communication in between never mind colleagues...
