After visiting several places that sells tiles with not much luck, we called in this showroom . As we entered we were approached by an assistant named Mike which was so polite and friendly. We took with us a piece of worktop and the colour of the kitchen units. Mike soon advised us on size and colour and produced us with a few for us to have a look at and gave us some suggestions. We finally deceided on Bisel Almond Brillo. My tiles are now on the wall and Wow it truly looks stunning. Thanks Mike for your help and expertise . If ever we need tiles again we'll definitely be back.

Some very unusual tiles can be found there, so if you have a plan for new bathroom or kitchen, better go browsing them shelves right to the very back before buying plain tiles as planned.

We bought an LED illuminated mirror from this store as its local and we're of the opinion that since the pandemic, they need our support. The staff were helpful, however the item wasn't at the store on the day they stayed it would be, arriving a couple of days later.On receipt, we unpacked it and checked it for damage, leaving the last layer of cellophane attached to the surface of the mirror to protect it. It was then repacked and put in a safe place, all in line with the company policy. A couple of days later when our electrician was going to install it, he noticed the corner of the mirror was cracked. The problem was covered by a crease in the cellophane which shifted revealing the damage while he lifted it, a rare occurance.Even though the circumstances are unusual and it's obvious from the state of the packaging that the damage occurred during packing, the Director has refused to replace the mirror. Citing a two day period on their policy for return and refund which does not appear on the sales invoice. The initial decision was made by a customer service staff member who had not even seen any photographs of the product.I think it's safe to say that this is an unusual occurance, most companies would exercise some degree of discretion rather than adopting an intransigent, penny pinching attitude and hiding behind an unrealistic policy. I find it distasteful that a company of this size, ten stores apparently, are so petty.We intend to take the matter further and would urge anyone to think carefully before a purchase.

Bought a bathroom suite in cross hands. Didn’t take the cover off for a month later to discover the was a mark on the bath. A dull mark about 4 inches round on the bottom of the bath. Went to take it back to the store and they refused to change or refund me. I do not recommend and will never purchase anything from this store again.

Amazing selection of tiles & bathroom furniture to suit everyones taste. Very good quality items not one complaint on quality of our bathroom, staff are very approachable & friendly too which is always a bonus, it’s definitely worth dropping by even if you’re only passing.
