SENSITIVE & ARTISTIC: Helen & staff SO aware of importance of their service to customers, whether for sad occasions or joyous ones! The flower spray for our daughter's grave was specially themed, exquisite... and different! The choice of flowers, foliage and colours, combined with her imagination and care, just wowed us! Later... for a special artificial arrangement, Helen again advised and ordered meaningfully-themed flowers and Brenda worked HER magic! Absolutely wonderful work again! In shop, noticed too that young male customer was delighted with flowers she sold him. Also had the joy of meeting staff member Bernie and had a great chat. All beautiful people - caring, sensitive to emotions, working with superb artistic flare... AND PROFESSIONAL TOO! What more could one want! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! :)
