EXCELLENT SERVICE from start to finish, I went yesterday, and must admit got a little lost finding it, but that was my fault, once I got there a kind man showed me the way to the customer service desk, at the desk they were extremely helpful, and approachable. The price was the best in Blackburn , even with the cutting of the wood into our required lengths and delivery charge. At 8.15 am this morning a knock at the door, and again a very friendly chap greeted me with a smile, and put the delivery at the back of the house .Would defiantly go back again. Thanks to everyone there keep up the good work.

I purchased some bricks, cement, plasterboards, lintels for garage extension. One or two cement and plasterboard adhesive bags arrived broken, but the driver said it's OK as they will be used anyway. But when I have not used at least half of the above materials (the builder wrongly ordered many stuff), they refused to accept them back. I don't understand where is the problem to accept unused bricks, plasterboards or lintel back if they are still not used. Also the driver forgot about the broken bags he delivered from the warehouse and even those they said no refund. It ended up that I have to take everything to waste and lost about £200.Better go to other building suplies as those won't accept anything back even if you still return it with 28 days. Absolutly nightmare.
