The carers have been absolutely amazing caring for my gran they put the care in carers which these days isn't always easy to find. Nothing was too much they was absolutely brilliant.

Don't deal with issues professionallyand use inappropriate ways of communicating these issues (mainly by text)Withdraw care with very little noticeManagement are unsympathetic towards clients needs and circumstancesMost of the carers are willing and helpful but not all and those that aren't willing and helpful get managements full supportDon't retain staff well
