Me and my best mate, Ryan came in today with two scooters to get repaired and was treated with respect and kindness, and Phil jumped straight on the scooters and sorted. The problem out top marks to Phil and all of the staff who work hard I would recommend this place to loads of people for getting your bike or scooter repair and purchase a bike or scooter well recommended top marks to staff thank youScotty and Ryan

Taken my scooter in for a new charging port last Friday and had to leave it over the weekend which I was expecting anyway. It was ready first thing the following Monday, I took it back Tuesday as I realised my light was also not working, I rang the shop and they told me to bring it in and fixed free of charge which I was over the moon with! It’s been 100% working fine since. I couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommended!! Cheap prices. Excellent customer service skills and very well spoken fellas. Won’t be going else we’re. My sons bike had an issue with gear selection when riding. It is an older bike and I wasn't sure if it it was worth the repair. I made a phone call to the Bike Works on a Saturday morning and the staff simply said to bring it in and that they'd try and do a repair whilst we waited. Within 15 minutes of visiting the Bike Works the staff had repaired the gear linkage and done a quick MOT" on the bike including tyre inflation. My son was back out riding that afternoon

Brought my electric bike in which I thought would end up costing me a kidney or two, and it was fixed the same day both times, and haven’t had a problem with it since (this review will be getting reviewed if I’ve jinxed it). Staff are always friendly and well-spoken, and are always happy to help, and the prices aren’t bad either. Only downside: they didn’t read my mind and let me have a go of their stealth bomber (that their mechanic put together), 10/10

Met Colin at my local tip and asked did he repair bikes, he said he had a shop called The Bike Works in Skelmersdale, so I asked could he repair my sons fold-up bike, he told me to bring it in and he would have a look, collected it two days later, did a fantastic job on it and didn’t cost too much to repair, definitely would recommend this shop and Colin was very professional and knowledgeable. The bike was on its last legs (or wheels) as I had left it in the open for over 12 months and weather had got at it but looks and works brilliantly. Photos attached, I should have taken photos before and after so you could see the state it was in. Thank you so much Colin.

Brilliant little shop, they always are happy to help and don’t take the p!ss, everything is sorted faster than you’d expect, and then the bill is also much less than you’d expect. Anything from a puncture, to a full electric bike rebuild, they’re up for it. They’re cheaper than anyone else in the area and much, much more qualified, they make sure any bike that has been touched by Ste is made roadworthy again too which is also a positive

Replaced crank and brake pads as asked, did a great job, and I think they’ve tuned the gears for me as well. Silly price and all finished in same afternoon I took it in (wasn’t an easy fix either, he had to saw it out). Won’t be going anywhere else in future.

The owner does have a tendency to overcharge a tad, however it’s still cheaper than any bike shop in this area (cost of living crisis aswell). They also have a fantastic group of lads who can sort virtually anything (including electric bikes). They’re always friendly and happy to help, and I couldn’t recommend them more
