I recently moved from France to the UK. I had a stress-free move with an extremely professional team. All my goods were packed with care and moved smoothly. We often move, and I am happy to use their service again.

These guys are amazing! On a very short notice, ie on the day before, they confirmed availability for my moving! Packed everything next day, and on the next (and moving) day! Wow! Simply wow! A team of six guys dismantled the furniture and moved everything across London! Working very hard until everything was assembled and in place! Great, great job!!

I implore you, do not use this company.I selected Moving Home Company after receiving 5 quotes, because they were £1,000 cheaper than the next cheapest offer. The service leading up to the actual removal was fine, plenty of phone contact, reassuring, knowledgable and the pick-up itself was fine, they sent two guys who were quick, careful and friendly. Around 3 months later, I had heard nothing and so emailed to find out when my items would arrive in the USA to be told they hadn't left the UK!! This was because they were waiting for the container to fill up before they put it on the ship. I had no idea my stuff wasn't on the way or that I was waiting for the container to fill before it was sent.Following this, everything went very downhill. I received no proactive communication from Moving Home Company at any point and had to send them constant chasers to find out any updates. I was completely out of sight and out of mind. The story then changed and this time I was being told there were shipping delays as a result of covid (I relocated in August 2022 so there could be some truth to this but it's not what I was originally told). Eventually, after around 5 months and far too many chasers on my part, I asked that my case be escalated internally only to have a manager reach out and tell me exactly the same thing - shipping delays due to covid and nothing they could do.The experience was so frustrating and painful and I felt like once I had paid my £2,000, I was completely forgotten. The complete lack of service was simply shocking.My items arrived 7 MONTHS after I relocated.If you want your items in a timely manner and if you want any kind of customer service, spend the extra money and go with a more expensive quote. You have been warned.

I used moving home company for a move a few years back and due to the service received I chose them again for my new move. I wasn't disappointed. Guys arrived on time, went above and beyond during the move no breakages. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend thank you.

Extremely happy with the Service I was provided from start to finish. My move entailed collections from 2 different properties in London, a packing service of antique goods, moving a grand piano and delivering to Liverpool. I have to say I was impressed at how the team worked out the logistics to move me quickly and cost effectively.The staff arrived promptly and worked very efficiently, they were very helpful and polite. I felt as though everyone was willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in handling my worldly goods. Which all arrived in tact and without any damage whatsoever. I will definitely use these guys again and would also highly recommend them.

I was moving furniture from a relatives place to flat less than 30 minutes away with 5 days notice. I had only a 2hr slot access to the new flat. I was able to get a quotation done in less than 2 hours after my initial phone call with them. The company was able to accommodate my particular time request and were able to arrive at the designated time and were incredibly helpful in the moving of items. They were professional, wore masks throughout and generally gave great care. The movers had a great sense of humour which only added to the service. It was a local move and was organised with all the time requests I had. The price was very reasonable too. I will definitely be using them in the future for any furniture moving I may have. Thank you again for making one thing less stressful during these trying times!

I had to move from Belgium to the UK in short notice. Moving Home Company has been wonderful from the start to the end. Their office staff has been responsive and proactive with excellent knowledge of customs procedures. The crew on the day of the move were polite, punctual and everything was packed with professionalism. I would definitely recommend MHC!
