Do not stay here. They are deceitful and dishonest. Took €250 each from my son and his 5 friends and are refusing to give them back their money because of “dirty towels”. When asked “Patricia” from hotel reception advised she would return the money within 7 days if the towels washed up “perfect”. When asked what was on the towels I was advised “sand”. I asked her to confirm she could evidence the towels were “perfect” when they were put in the boys apartment - she said they were “clean” - but she wants them back perfect. €1500 retained from young men who gave no hassle over a weeks holidays. Absolutely disgusting. This hotel and these transactions will be reported to the embassy. Do yourselves a favour - avoid at all costs.
