Terrible customer service, extremely rude. Would not recommend.

Got the 520 chain and sprockets upgrade for my rv125 vanvan done here. Friendly staff, and a good price too, less than I was quoted from a mechanic around the corner. Went to MRMS only as the first guy didn't have an identfiable address, and didn't pick up the phone when I arrived with the bike. RMRS's address isn't the same as here neither, but a bit further near access storage solutions, Wigmore Lane.

Great Garage had my car serviced and tuned and they also done a free health check for me would highly recommend regards

Lewis did a absolutely sterling job on my Triumph Tiger 800, new fork seals, head stock bearings, new OEM front disks and pads, new oil, oil filter, air filter and spark plugs.All this for a little over a grand.For anyone who owns a Triumph will know that this was a good price.Bike is road trip ready.Big thanks to Lewis.Highly recommended!

a bunch of non sense people , I'm having a Chinese bike and they were laughing like that was something really wrong .. One of my friends went here and after he ride the motorcycle the same problem appeared again BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CHANGED THE PART !!! another garage of ripping off

Tell me if I'm wrong Bridgestone put wear-bars on their tyres for a reason...... Should have realised this was not good from the start.... A young lad wearing a piss-pot helmet was instructed to take my 190hp bike up the road to a different place to have the MOT done... His eyes lit up..... When he came back with a failed certificate I could not believe it. When I remonstrated with the manager and showed him that the Bridgestone hyper sport tyre was at least 1mm above the wear bar, he just said that did not matter, it was bald and I needed new glasses. So I took the bike to Keith Manning in Winnersh, who are known to be straight down the line when it comes to MOTs.... It passed...! Long story short, went back, got a refund, but not without the manager suggesting that I was riding a dangerous bike, I should have spent the money on a new tyre.... Said that he was a trained mechanic, I knew nothing.... By the way I'm 56, have been building and racing classic motorcycles for 30yrs - avoid.

Called up to simply enquire if they would fix my bike or recommend someone locally who could, instead got laughed at and lectured on why chinese bikes are terrible - completely unsolicited and insanely rude they could have just said no we don't fix those but they instead went to extra lengths to mock my choice of bike.*edit* once again, see reply for advice that I did not ask for and still do not want. You don't know the reasons behind a person's choice of brand so instead of being judgemental or giving a whole speech, a simple no sorry we don't fix that type of bike" is all that needed to be said."

I would always recommended this place for MOT on motorbikes and cars friendly helpful and trustworthy staff

Called up this morning for a desperately needed MOT for my motorcycle. They got me in for a slot 2 hours later which was fantastic. All done quickly and had a bit of chat too. Cheers Leo!
