Quoted for CCTV drainage survey and then ignored messages and calls when wanted to go ahead. Time wasters.

I contacted a couple of companies who gave me no confidence at all. Then I contacted Ben at Sherborne Drainage who really knows his stuff inside and out. He had the answers to all of my initial questions and then when it came to booking him to undertake the survey he could not have been more accommodating and flexible. He was able to visit the site to carry out a septic tank and drainage camera inspection very quickly and then produced the report in no time at all. He phoned me as soon as he had sent it to notify me and discuss the content further. He then was able to answer all of my further questions giving me the confidence to proceed with a purchase of a property. The price he quoted was more than fair and the service he delivered was in my opinion above and beyond what you would expect. His services were required for a personal purchase however as a local estate agent I will be more than happy to recommend any of my customers that require a similar service to him.
