Very efficient, polite, understanding and good with communication. However, you should consider dealing with mortgage purchases as that proved very expensive, having started the process, then had to find another solicitor. Also, had I known about abortive costs I would not have engaged Creative Legals - in fact this is the only reason I will not recommend to my contacts, because most solicitors only charge the agreed fee when the final sale goes through, as most sales are not achieved with first and only buyer. My sale was completed with the 4th buyer - so three sets of abortive costs were painful!! Good service but abortive fees not competitive.

Booked a consultation, they never turned up. I then called 3x times and kept getting put through to their remote reception" which is just a paid phone answering service offsite.If it's this hard to contact them before they've won your business

Worked with Julie for the first time on a property purchase. Julie did exchange and complete on a property within a very short time (within 1 week). She was professional and fast up to that point, However did later manage to register the property into some strangers name which caused me major delays an anxiety... She should have checked the registry forms before submitting them...
