Was very good

We used PDS Moray to cater a very special night for my dad's 70th birthday celebration. A party of 13 with a mixture of ages and dietary requirements. Alistair was brilliant to work with in the run up to the event. He was happy to make little changes and suggestions until the menu was perfect. On the day, Alistair was every part the professional. We had canopies which were a real show stopper followed by the most delicious 3 course meal. Each plate was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. The kitchen was left spotless at the end of the night too. Great value for money. I will definitely use PDS Moray again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend.

Alistair catered for my 40th birthday, for a party of 12 and I can honestly say we were bowled over by the meal we received. As a group who have been to many fine dining restaurants over the years, the 4 course dinner that was as good as we have had. The ingredients were fresh and local and seamless on every plate. The rapturous applause given at the end of the meal couldn’t begin to sum up how much we enjoyed it. Alistair also provided a BBQ the following day, which was delicious. We will definitely ask Alistair to cater for us again, if he has the availability, which I would assume would be in rare supply from what we have experienced. Thank you again Alistair and your serving helpers. You really made my birthday special.

We had a birthday celebration for my mum and Alistair created an absolutely brilliant evening, from start to finish.The food was spectacular, the attention to presentation made the dishes visually impressive, the quality of produce is obviously very important to Alistair, and the care taken with flavours made the tastes exquisite.We all had an amazing time and we can’t thank Alistair enough for everything he did to make it such a special evening.
